TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE: All orders are made to order by hand in our Northamptonshire factory. We will endeavour to manufacture your chosen garment as quickly as possible, however, it could take up to two weeks to produce. Once it is ready we will notify you and send your item via your preferred delivery method - Standard or Next Working Day.
CARD PAYMENTS AND SECURITY – We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. We do not store or see any card information on our system. All card transactions are processed using SagePay. For further information please refer to www.sagepay.com - Payment is taken at point of despatch and not before.
TAX CHARGES – All sterling prices include VAT.
DELIVERY – Currently we offer the following delivery service;
Standard Delivery - £5.95 (This will take up to 2-3 working days once your garment is ready)
All orders will be delivered between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. We are not able to offer Sunday or bank holiday deliveries. Regrettably we are unable to deliver outside the United Kingdom at this time.
Please note deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Inlands, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man will take a minimum of 2 working days. When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We will contact you immediately if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your online order from our warehouse. We will only take payment if we are able to complete your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime and make a full refund up until the time of despatch.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER – We realise not everything in life works out, so in line with UK sales law, you have 14 days from receiving your package to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel the agreement you must notify us of this in writing within the 14 day cooling off period and send your notification to us by email email@example.com or post to Chrysalis Clothes, Harlow House, Shelton Road, Corby, Northants, NN17 5XH. We will then send you a confirmation email with details of where you need to return your item. You must send the product back in its original packaging. Please make sure the package is clearly addressed and we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office. Any cancelled orders will need to be returned to us at the customer's expense.
RETURNS POLICY – You can return your order for free using our shipping partners UPS. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return them to us within 30 days of order date. The returns process is as follows:
1) Please fill out the form enclosed in your delivery
2) Mark the items you wish to return and select a reason code
3) Place this form back in your package and seal
Channel Islands: Unfortunately the free returns are not currently available here so any returns would need to be paid for by the customer. All refunds will be made to the card originally used to purchase the goods. Please be aware that whilst we aim to get your refund to you as quickly as possible, some card returns can take up to 30 business days for banks to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Any returns received outside the 30 days are accepted at the discretion of Chrysalis England. Please note that Items returned to us without their original packaging or with without the original security tag still attached will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Therefore, should you think you may wish to return any item, please ensure that you keep the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
EXCHANGES – You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
Please fill out the form enclosed in your delivery, mark the items you wish to exchange, and tell us what size you would like instead. Then use our free returns service or choose another method, such as royal mail at your own expense.
Channel Islands: Unfortunately the free returns are not currently available here so any returns would need to be paid for by the customer.
If the return/exchange you have asked for is available you will receive a new order confirmation when it is processed at our warehouse. If the exchange requested is not available, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team, and a full refund will be processed. Any exchanged items will be sent to the same delivery address as your original order.
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes, and no sensitive information is captured. Example data that is stored includes the type web browser you are using, e.g. FireFox, and which web pages you visit.
